We are committed to delivering your order with care and efficiency.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We offer free standard shipping within the United States on all orders containing a sport coat. No code is required.

For other orders, shipping charges and any available shipping discounts are displayed at checkout.

Standard delivery is estimated at 3–5 business days after shipment. Please allow an additional 2–3 business days for order processing.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the carrier to update tracking information.

Shipping Addresses

Please confirm that your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

If you need to correct an address, contact support@rootedandheritage.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided.

Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Packages

If your package is delayed, appears lost, or is marked delivered but cannot be located, contact support@rootedandheritage.com so we can help investigate with the carrier.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. Keep the packaging while we review the issue.

Free Sport Coat Size Exchanges

We offer one complimentary size exchange per sport coat within the United States when requested within 14 days of delivery, subject to size availability.

For eligible exchanges, we provide a prepaid return shipping label and cover standard shipping for the replacement size.

Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in original condition with all tags and packaging. Please review our Refund Policy for full eligibility requirements and instructions.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
